CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Booking Policies✨ You can book with the link in my bio, Dm’s, or message. A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service!(Vivid's only) PS: Gloss Genius requires a card on file to secure your appointment. If a card isn’t added during booking, the appointment WILL BE CANCELED. I do not typically accept walk-ins, but I will designate specific days when walk-in appointments are available. ✨Cancelation Policies✨ You can book with the link in my bio, Dm’s, or message. Cancellation fee is 30% of your service if given notice less than 48 hours. No shows will be charged a fee of $50 of service cost. Unless communicated with me, you will not be charged. All appointments must be cancelled no sooner than 48 hours of your appointment to allow me to have the time to fill it. Give me at least a 48hr notice if you want to change your service, To see if we can keep your appointment or have to reschedule. ✨Late Policies✨ Please read Cancellation policy before reading this section. Client’s are given a 10 Minute grace period for Color services, No communication with me will get a NO SHOW FEE and you will lose your deposit. Haircuts have a 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule.
